Regional Contract Administrator

Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is an industrial real estate operating platform owned by The Blackstone Group Inc. Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 397 million square feet throughout the U.S. 


The Regional Contract Administrator will be responsible for drafting construction documents (i.e. AIA contracts PO’s, MSA’s, & service agreements), setting up vendors in the database, processing vendor invoices, collecting lien waivers, COI’s & other close-out documentation. The Regional Contract Administrator will also be responsible for tracking contract status and communicating daily with the Fort Washington Corporate office to provide as-needed support to the regional construction team for budgetary requests and analytical support. 


  • Draft contract and project documentation
  • Maintain and set up approved vendors and contracts in the system
  • Coordinate invoices with the contracts; enter invoices into the system; monitor payments and late fees
  • Assist with budgeting for contracted services and budgetary requests for analysis and reporting
  • Organize internal and external meetings and conferences
  • Interface with external vendors and provide support as needed


  • Ability to manage multiple projects, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Understanding and interpretation of basic real estate and construction terminology
  • Experience reviewing legal documentation
  • Basic understanding of procurement and accounting terminology
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of Associates
  • Willingness to take on new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments
  • Professionalism, taking responsibility for decisions, actions, and results
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Positive attitude
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum of 1 year of real estate experience 
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Yardi
