The Senior Acquisitions Analyst, Lease Administration is responsible for comprehensively reviewing and on-boarding new acquisitions for all regions whether handled directly in-house or shadow of 3rd party on-boarding team.


  • Reviews and analyzes Sellers lease documents, all related documentation, rent rolls and due diligence materials.
  • Maintains a Due Diligence file and checklist with on boarding of the new acquisition to closing. File includes all key lease criteria including but not limited to: Commencement and Expiration Dates, ROFO, ROFR, Terminations, TI Allowances, etc.
  • Identifies key findings that could adversely affect the investment and recommend a solution to the Investment Team and Management.
  • Reviews draft and final Estoppels to confirm accuracy of tenant criteria, notifies Team of approval or rejection of Estoppels and maintains Estoppel Tracker for required Estoppels and percentage threshold.
  • Assist in setup of new property units and square footages after review of materials and works with 3rd party offshore team for lease setup in Yardi.
  • Prepares and updates internal reports for due diligence tracking of missing items and items that require further clarification, along with preparing Discrepancy Memos on any closing issues that need to be documented to a tenants file after Closing.
  • Works closely with Investment Team, Transaction Analyst Team and various departments during due diligence to shortly after Closing.
  • After Closing works with the Regional Lease Administrator and various departments to provide the “90-day download” of critical tenant information, including but not limited to: tenants expiring, options or termination notices due, rent adjustments, security deposits collected vs billed, etc.
  • Assists with Rent Roll review for Dispositions and managing leases for LBA and Flagler.
  • Works on Ad-Hoc projects, as needed.


  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in commercial real estate acquisitions due diligence and/or lease administration.
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Detail oriented, analytical, strong organizational skills, proven ability to meet deadlines, works well under pressure and possess the ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills.
  • Experience with Yardi, MRI and JDE are a plus.
