Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is an industrial real estate operating platform owned by The Blackstone Group Inc.  Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 400 million square feet throughout the U.S. 


The Associate Real Estate Manager is responsible for supporting the Real Estate Manager and Director of Property Management in the administrative oversight of all aspects of a portfolio of commercial, industrial properties located in a specific region of the US. The Associate Real Estate Manager will support the operations and financial success of the assets owned in a specific region. 


  • Utility transfers, shut offs, Energy Solve set up for acquired properties.
  • Leasing Commission calculations, job set up and invoice processing.
  • Track errors from commission submission.
  • Draft and upload service contracts in Yardi for self-managed properties.
  • Assist REM’s with bidding out self-managed services.
  • Manage vendor COIs for self-managed properties.
  • Manage tenant COI’s in EBIX.
  • Obtain and track tenant inspections and preventative maintenance reports for self and third-party managed assets.
  • Input invoice coding and provide feedback for self-managed properties.
  • Review accuracy of invoices processed through Yardi on third party managed assets.
  • Review disposition diligence monthly.
  • Send out new Tenant notice letters.
  • Maintain system work orders with third party.


  • BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate, Business Management; CPM/RPA designation preferred.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Self-motivation, determination and initiative in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
