Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is an industrial real estate operating platform owned by The Blackstone Group Inc.  Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 397 million square feet throughout the U.S. 


The CAM Supervisor/Manager is responsible for directing the daily workflow of a team of between 3-10 CAM Analysts/Senior Analysts.  Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to exercising supervisory authority over team members, resolving complex recovery issues in a timely manner, end-to-end management of major recovery related one-time and recurring projects/initiatives, continuously improving the CAM reconciliation process and providing guidance, leadership and feedback to staff.


  • Leveraging in-house CAM analysts to review/approve of key lease data points and recovery setups in Yardi in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Respond to recovery related inquiries various Link departments.
  • Communicate frequently with property management regarding recoveries.
  • Plan and execute annual CAM reconciliation and CAM estimate reset process utilizing both internal and external resources where appropriate and under minimal supervision.
  • Liaison with property management department to design and oversee CAM reconciliation and CAM reset review/approval process.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in year-end recovery reconciliation and CAM estimate reset process.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects related to recoveries as needed.
  • Stay abreast in regards to Yardi recovery related upgrades and optional parameters.
  • Attend online/in-person Yardi recovery continuing education courses.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, document and escalate Yardi recovery issues.
  • Execute ad-hoc special projects at the discretion of senior management.
  • Development of training materials for new hires and existing subordinates.


  • BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Management.
  • 5+ years’ experience in the Real Estate industry preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Yardi and/or similar real estate ERP is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining deadlines.
  • Self-motivation, determination and initiative in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment.
