The Property Accounting Tax Analyst will manage of a team of 2-3 real estate tax associates in Link’s offshore shared service center. The Property Accounting Tax Analyst is responsible for serving as a liaison with third party service providers to ensure timely payment of real estate taxes and related abatements, ensuring that property tax payments are reflected accurately in Yardi and accruals and/or prepaid expenses are recorded correctly in the Yardi general ledger and maintaining supporting schedules to support the aforementioned accruals and prepaid expenses and being a heavy participant in the budget/forecasting process in relation to real estate tax expense.
