Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is an industrial real estate operating platform owned by The Blackstone Group Inc.  Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 400 million square feet throughout the U.S. 


The Associate Real Estate Manager is responsible for supporting the Real Estate Manager and Director of Property Management in the administrative oversight of all aspects of a portfolio of industrial properties located within the Central Region.



  • Utility transfers, shut-off resolution, and set up for acquired properties.
  • Leasing commission calculations, job set-up and invoice processing.
  • Draft and upload service contracts into Yardi for self-managed properties.
  • Assist the Real Estate Manager with bidding out services for self-managed properties.
  • Manage tenant and vendor COI’s for self-managed properties.
  • Input invoice coding and provide feedback for self-managed properties.
  • Review accuracy of invoices processed through Yardi on third party managed assets.
  • Assist with the acquisition and disposition due diligence.
  • Send out tenant notice letters.
  • Maintain system work orders with third party managers.
  • Assist in the collection efforts of current and former tenants.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, determination, and initiative in a team environment.
  • Must have an outgoing and confident personality with ability to work and communicate well with tenants, vendors and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other activities as required by the Director of Property Management to ensure a high standard of operation.


  • BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate, Business Management or equivalent business experience.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in the real estate industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Performs with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
