Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is an industrial real estate operating platform owned by The Blackstone Group Inc.  Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 400 million square feet throughout the U.S. 


The Real Estate Manager is responsible for supporting the Director of Property Management in overseeing the daily operations of the portfolio of industrial properties located within the Central Region.   


  • Manage the day-to-day operations for self-managed properties.
  • Draft budgets for self-managed properties and new acquisitions; participate in the budget review of third-party property managers.
  • Obtain and track tenant inspections and preventative maintenance reports for self-managed and third-party managed assets.
  • Assist in the collection efforts of current and former tenants.
  • Gather property information for dispositions of self-managed properties.
  • Assist with the acquisition review and disposition due diligence.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new property management teams.
  • Review historical information; compare capital items from prior years.
  • Assist the Director of Property Management in enforcing all SOP guidelines.
  • Review annual CAM reconciliations for properties within the portfolio.   
  • Assist tenants in providing back-up and responses or budget and CAM related questions.
  • Ensure the company obtains all FLS reporting, service agreements, and utilities and maintains the same in SharePoint.
  • Review and analyze third party property management inspection reports and inform the Director of Property Management of any issues.
  • Assist third party management teams with the response to tenant needs, ensuring that third party staff resolves problems promptly.
  • Ensure that services are provided in compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and contractual obligations and standards.
  • Track progress on access agreements / license agreements / subleases / consents.
  • Approve service agreements in Yardi.
  • Provide monthly accruals and variance comments on self-managed properties.
  • Assist in performing periodic property inspections at self-managed properties.
  • Track insurance claims and ensures processes are followed.
  • Assist the Director of Property Management in special projects relating to the portfolio.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation, determination, and initiative in a team environment.
  • Perform with a high attention to detail.
  • Perform other activities as required by the Director of Property Management to ensure a high standard of operation.


  • BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate, Business Management or equivalent business experience.
  • Broad commercial real estate background with 3+ years of relevant experience as a property or portfolio manager with experience in various facets of property operations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Yardi, or similar property management software.
  • Must understand basic commercial lease language.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
