Link Logistics Real Estate ("Link") is an industrial real estate operating platform owned by The Blackstone Group Inc.  Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 397 million square feet throughout the U.S. 


The Vice President – Capital Markets will be responsible for managing a team whose primary responsibility is handling and creating all necessary reporting requirements as requested by Blackstone.


  • Help manage a team of 10 people with primary responsibility of reporting to Blackstone
  • Development of presentations and memoranda primarily for Blackstone:
    • Regular reporting including quarterly board materials, quarterly market rent reviews/budget reforecasts, weekly business reporting, and monthly financial/operating reporting
    • Ad hoc reports, including scenario analysis, cash flow projections, etc.
  • Collaborate with the capital markets team on analytic and industrial research projects
    • When projects are completed, lead the process of preparing presentation materials
  • People management, including developmental reviews, training/mentoring, promoting culture of ownership and thirst for constant improvement.


  • 7+ years’ relevant work experience within the investment banking industry, preferably within the real estate sector
  • Proven leadership/project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong work ethic with ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • A demonstrated ability to write effectively
  • Be a collaborative team player
