Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is an industrial real estate operating platform owned by The Blackstone Group Inc.  Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 400 million square feet throughout the U.S. 


The Corporate Accounting Manager oversees the fund accounting department working closely with firm leadership to deliver reporting and analysis of the real estate funds’ performance. The Corporate Accounting Manager actively works with their team who ensures the accurate and timely consolidation of real estate properties into their respective funds for reporting, as well as performance of key financial reporting controls.


  • Oversee a department responsible for obtaining information prepared by property accountants and other groups within the business and consolidate the real estate properties into their respective funds for timely internal and external reporting.
  • Perform analysis of fund performance to identify key drivers for changes in performance, trends and anomalies.
  • Review the output including relevant workpapers, analysis and reporting of the Fund Accounting team including performing detailed analysis as required to ensure the integrity and accuracy of fund data.
  • Be responsible for the monitoring and/ or performance of key financial reporting controls surrounding the consolidation and financial reporting analysis.
  • Act as a key liaison with other accounting groups, management and firm leadership surrounding the fund data.
  • Support ad hoc business requests for fund financial information and analysis to provide key insight into business performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to Fund Accounting staff for the performance of their job and to foster and provide a collaborative team environment to enable individual development.


  • Prior Corporate or Fund Accounting Experience, including at least 2 years management experience
  • Attention to detail for timely accurate reporting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Real Estate Industry (preferred)
  • Yardi experience (preferred)
  • BA/ BS in relevant field
  • CPA (preferred)
