Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is an industrial real estate operating platform owned by The Blackstone Group Inc.  Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 400 million square feet throughout the U.S. 

 

The Operations Revenue Specialist will support the Operations department with all tasks related to acquisition, disposition, continuing operations and special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collection of Accounts Receivable from current and past tenants
  • Perform strategic analysis of lease documents
  • Maintain key data in internal real estate systems
  • Review and approve CAM Reconciliations and Tenant Reset Letters
  • Provide back up and responses to tenants for budget and CAM questions
  • Work with Asset Manager and Legal Department as liaison for tenant defaults, terminations and evictions
  • Gather, analyze, interpret and prepare operational data for reporting in a specified format
  • Assists in collection, aggregation, export of data and input into Yardi database.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present the findings to management.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate, property and project management/operations
  • BA or BS in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics or Business Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint,
  • High level proficiency with Excel, SQL and Yardi or similar platform
  • Self-motivation, determination and initiative in a team environment
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong data mining and analysis skills
  • Current/prior real estate experience is highly preferred
