Internal Communications Coordinator

Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is an industrial real estate operating platform owned by The Blackstone Group Inc.  Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 400 million square feet throughout the U.S. 


The Internal Communications Coordinator  supports the Link organization through written and verbal communication related to business goals. This role will report to the Vice President of Operations – Projects and Compliance, and assists with documenting and communication processes, presentations and internal and external trainings.



  • Write, edit and produce communications for internal audiences and partners including but not limited to presentations, processes, standard operating procedures, and employee communications, messages and emails
  • Review and edit communications drafted by internal team members and make recommendations to ensure messaging is consistent with internal strategy and tone proposition
  • Write, edit and update various training programs for internal and external team members and partners
  • Ensure internal messages are communicated to employees in a clear, timely and effective manner, using a high-impact writing style and formatting
  • Collaborate and support the work of various internal working groups
  • Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of employee communications strategy and methods
  • Track and maintain various documentation in the organization’s intranet, to ensure information is consistent and up to date 
  • Support change management efforts for various projects and organizational changes by authoring and sending communications to enterprise stakeholders and select 3rd-party partners 
  • Perform other duties as assigned




  • 2+ years of experience in internal communications, change management, consulting or project management 
  • BA in Communications, Journalism or similar
  • Experience working with and writing for senior executives in corporate communications. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to tell a clear and compelling story through PowerPoint
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and executive function
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant experience in internal communications, preferably gained in a fast-pace environment and/or a professional services firm, with demonstrable results
  • Knowledge of intranet engagement (e.g. SharePoint), communications fundamentals, and strategic best-practices for communications, reader engagement, and user experience.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience delivering email communications using Outlook distribution lists. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar collaboration ecosystems
  • Comfort and flexibility working over distance with teams distributed across North America
  • Proficiency preferred with, including but not limited to: Windows, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and email campaign management through various online distribution services
