Link Logistics Real Estate (“Link”) is an industrial real estate operating platform owned by The Blackstone Group Inc.  Link currently manages a national portfolio of high-quality, well-located industrial assets totaling over 397 million square feet throughout the U.S.  

 

The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager supports the Link organization by directing, coordinating, implementing, executing, and reporting on enterprise projects overseen by the PMO. Managers serve the firm by managing interdepartmental projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization writ large. This role will report to the Vice President of Operations – Projects and Compliance, and owns the full project lifecycle for their projects, including inception, planning, prioritization, execution, issue resolution and escalation, change management, and communication.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and implement projects, by helping to define: 
  • Project scope; 
  • Priority; 
  • Timeline; 
  • Level of effort;  
  • Resources; 
  • Milestone schedules;  
  • Goals; 
  • Budgets; and 
  • Deliverables  
  • Track project status, timing, and deliverables 
  • Lead quality assurance 
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and present status to stakeholders for transparency and issue resolution  
  • Write, edit, and produce communications for diverse audiences about projects 
  • Lead and/or support change management efforts for projects and organizational changes, as appropriate 
  • Collaborate and support the work of various internal working groups 
  • Continually improve, measure, and evaluate effectiveness of the PMO and firm-wide project management strategy and methods  
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-6 years of project management experience  
  • BA from an accredited institution 
  • Theoretical and practical project management knowledge 
  • Experience designing and implementing change management strategies 
  • Proficiency with project management software 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite 
  • Ability to work over distance and support geographically diverse teams 
  • Experience with one or more of accounting, real estate (industrial preferred), IT project implementation, and business process design 
  • Experience working with and supporting senior executives 
  • Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams 
  • Experience managing and coordinating diverse teams of employees  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and executive function 
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar collaboration ecosystems 
  • PMP certification preferred
