The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for planning and implementing regional marketing, events, community, and public relations programs across the Link portfolio.  Marketing strategies are focused on B2B support, customer communications, supporting leasing, development, investments, and property management teams with increasing overall profitably.  This includes enhancing property value and exposure for Link regionally and nationally.  This position supports special projects and corporate initiatives under the direction of the Regional Director of Marketing and VP of Marketing Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for planning and implementing regional marketing, events, community, and public relations programs for up to four markets within a region.
  • Support Regional Director of Marketing with marketing efforts for the entire region.
  • Coordination and management of fresh, new events to engage existing and future customer and the brokerage community.
  • Work with community partners and non-profits locally to enhance our assets in individual markets.
  • Execute events from the planning stages to event day to include all outreach and promotion, logistics, permitting, and success metrics.
  • Contract and manage personnel to support the execution of marketing programs in four markets, including training, monitoring, and addressing issues. 
  • Collaborate with Corporate marketing team to create all marketing initiatives, goals, and concepts to include B2B, social media, website, digital, video, and traditional media.
  • Partner with leasing, development, property management, and other team members to support revenue goals.
  • Build strong relationships with current and potential tenants to understand their business and create a reliable network. 
  • Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.
  • Work with Regional Director of Marketing to ensure leasing materials, signage, building photos, tour books, and publications comply with brand standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive professional relationships with market leadership, leasing teams, brokers, and vendor partners.
  • Maintain working knowledge of all relevant systems and procedures, including, ASANA, Sharepoint, Digital Property Marketing, Salesforce, DAM, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Event Management).
  • 5+ years of Marketing experience required.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess excellent people skills and build positive working relationships, both one-on-one and in a team setting, with employees at all levels.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively while using expert time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, good team player, and customer service oriented.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance a dynamic workload with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to process data and generate reports.
  • Ability to create, compose, edit, and present materials.
  • Expert level MS Office suite with advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills.
  • Previous graphic design and photography experience necessary.
  • Proficient knowledge of Abode and Google Earth.
  • Solid copy-editing/copy-writing skills as well as excellent grammar and proof-reading abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, YARDI and Nexus a plus.
  • Prior Commercial Real Estate, private equity, or related marketing experience a plus.
  • Some Travel required.
