As the VP of Human Capital Security for the firm, your primary responsibilities will be to provide governance and protection for our most important asset, our people. The role reports to the Chief Risk Officer as your advocate and partner in various risk management strategies for all our employees and operations. This position includes employee training, physical security strategies and standards, security awareness campaigns, phishing simulations, business continuity and disaster recovery coordination, coordinating the response of the Emergency Management Operating Committee when threats to health and safety emerge, and coordinating incident reports.
