Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking an experienced Product Manager, Deal Path to deliver a comprehensive digital product strategy for Link’s Investment business. The role is responsible for articulating the value and justifying investment in technology products by aligning business process gaps and product capabilities. The Product Manager will leverage documented user personas to inform User Research, UX and UI. The Product Manager is responsible for building an evolving product roadmap that demonstrates value to the operation. They will monitor usage, plan new features, and remove capabilities that are no longer relevant or impactful.


In addition to working with their respective business sponsors, the experienced Product Manager, Deal Path will work in partnership with other product managers, platform managers, enterprise architectures, data governance and data management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and Advisory

  • Create product scope and roadmap
  • Define capabilities – current, evolving and no longer required
  • Align product strategy with data strategy
  • Define product success metrics and KPIs

  

Stakeholder/User Management

  • Develop strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to ensure the product always meets the business needs
  • Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across all Technology and Data teams, partners, and vendors
  • Engage other Tech and Data product/platform teams in a continuous feedback loop that drives the product forward

 

Project Delivery

  • Develop or oversee the development of the business case/Charter, requirements, project charters, and project plans
  • Create and manage processes to prioritize products and ensure appropriate cross-functional staffing to successfully deliver
  • Manage communications with stakeholders, project team, and business and IT management
  • Oversee the development of the product support operations (e.g., when/how to escalate, support hours 24/7, 5/5, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years’ experience in a product and/or technology field
  • Expertise in digital products, product management methods, and/or product operations with business-critical applications
  • Ability to build a strategy leveraging SAAS and/or custom solutions (Investment technologies and Dealpath experience is a plus)
  • Experience leading digital strategy and roadmap development processes
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Technology change and business transformation project management expertise including multiple delivery methodologies
  • Ability to concisely articulate problems and analyze solution alternatives
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
  • Knowledge of CRE industry and technology

 

$127,000 - $154,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link.  Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
