The Analyst, Leasing is responsible for supporting the Senior Leasing Manager(s) with a myriad of analytical duties related to leasing. This includes drafting Deal Approval Sheets, assisting in the annual budget/forecast process, reviewing TI bids, performing sell/hold analyses, evaluating market trends, following up on contractor/commission payments, and any other leasing-related tasks as assigned by the Senior Leasing Manager(s). The Analyst will also be asked to occasionally support the MD, Region Head on various information gathering, presentation, or special projects.
